Do you offer refunds?
We only accept refunds from customers that have received the wrong items or a damaged item. If any of these apply, please contact us at musicoftimjanis@gmail.com with photos of the wrong or damaged item. We will help you from here.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer exchanges. If you’re not sure which size would fit better, please look at our
sizing charts. If you received the wrong item please contact us at
musicoftimjanis@gmail.com within one week after receiving your order. Please include your
order number and a photo of the wrong item, and we will assist you from there!
